What this site is
CryptoGAAP.com is an independent, continuously updated reference for digital-asset accounting under US GAAP. It tracks FASB's open digital-asset projects meeting by meeting, explains the current state of authoritative guidance with pinpoint citations, and provides working tools for controllers and practitioners applying ASC 350-60 and related guidance.
The site is vendor-neutral. It does not sell software, and its content is not sponsored by any subledger, exchange, or audit firm. Status labels follow FASB's own vocabulary: a tentative board decision is labeled tentative, and nothing is described as final until a final Accounting Standards Update is issued.
What this site is not
Nothing here is accounting, tax, audit, or legal advice. Content summarizes authoritative literature and public standard-setting activity as of the date stamped on each page; it is no substitute for the Codification itself or for advice from a qualified practitioner who knows your facts.
